NYPD cop busted shoplifting at Queens Century 21 Dec 31st 2013, 17:19, by THOMAS TRACY An NYPD cop was busted for trying to get a five-finger discount at a Queens department store, officials said Tuesday. Officer Jessica Mayorga, 30, was off duty when she was nabbed trying to smuggle $244 worth of clothes out of the Century 21 store in Rego Park on Monday, authorities said.
