Rockaway teen shedding light on her ailing neighborhood Feb 28th 2013, 11:00 A 14-year-old from Rockaway wants to send a message to the world: the plight of her Superstorm Sandy-rattled neighborhood is far from over. Ariel Creamer, whose family's Beach 125th St. basement was wrecked during the storm, started the Survivors Silver Lining relief group three weeks ago and is now furthering her efforts.
