Schools Chancellor must forgo profits on book she co-authored Feb 28th 2014, 09:47, by JENNIFER FERMINO Schools Chancellor Carmen Fariña can recommend an education book she co-authored to city teachers — but she won't make extra money if there's a bump in sales. The city's Conflict of Interest Board ruled that Fariña would have to forgo royalty payments on "A School Leader's Guide To Excellence" during her tenure.
