Cuomo's anti-corruption commission is set to become the panel's second high-profile departure in recent weeks, the Daily News has learned. Danya Perry, a former assistant U.S. attorney who was hired by the commission last summer to root out legislative corruption, is set to resign from the panel on Friday.
