A Queens nursing home resident charged with beating his roommate to death with a wheelchair leg rest was taken to Bellevue Hospital on Thursday for a psychiatric evaluation, officials said. Thomas Yarnavick's arraignment on a murder rap was postponed so he could get his head examined, officials said.
