A bus driver who tested positive for pot was later put back on the road — without taking a mandatory second screening to determine if he had cleaned up his act, authorities said. For about six weeks, Vincent Lorito, 46, was picking up passengers on Staten Island before executives at the highest level of the MTA finally stepped in and took away his keys.
