A Philadelphia judge stopped an execution because the prosecution allegedly suppressed evidence that a 1984 murder victim may have sexually abused his killer. Terrance Williams, 46, was scheduled for lethal injection this Wednesday, for beating Amos Norwood, 56, to death.
