Three men who "treated the city like their own giant ATM" by cheating the city out of millions of dollars on the costly CityTime project were sentenced to 20 years in prison Monday in a standing room only courtroom. Prosecutors asked Manhattan Federal Judge George Daniels to impose harsh sentences of 105 years, 80 years and up to 40 years on Gerard Denault, Mark Mazer and Dimitry Aronshtein in the half-billion dollar boondoggle.
