Speed cameras to be deployed at school locations Aug 27th 2013, 07:39, by ERIN DURKIN For the first time, cameras will be watching for speeding drivers when city kids head back to school Sept. 9. Officials detailed the plan Monday, saying they have identified 100 school locations where at least 75% of cars are speeding. The cameras will be deployed at 20 of the locations on any given day.
