Disastrous ninth ruins Hefner's outing as Mets fall to Marlins May 1st 2013, 02:08 For the second straight night, the Marlins rallied in the ninth, but instead of dragging it out, Tuesday night they finished off the Mets right then and there. Or more to the point, the Mets finished off themselves as Juan Pierre scored on Mets reliever Brandon Lyon's wild pitch to give the Marlins a 2-1 win at Marlins Park.
