Fiscal chief of Bronx Christian groups pleads guilty to stealing $500,000 Mar 1st 2013, 11:00 The financial head of two Bronx non profits tied to state Sen. Ruben Diaz Sr. has pleaded guilty to stealing more than $500,000 from the taxpayer-funded agencies. Clement Gardner, 64, will face two to six years in prison when he is sentenced on March 20.
