The massive hurricane churning toward the East Coast is scrambling the final days of the presidential race, but it remains to be seen which candidate will come out on top. Hurricane Sandy has forced President Obama off the campaign trail and Mitt Romney was forced to cancel a day of rallies in Virginia.
