In an historic ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday upheld President's Obama's controversial health-care law. While this is certainly a political victory for the President and the Democrats, it may just have cost them the 2012 election and opened the door for Republicans — and most importantly — voters who've demanded to have their say in the matter.
