Congressional contender Elizabeth Crowley is taking some flak over how prepared she is to run for Capitol Hill. Her pre-occupation with her cell phone during a recent candidate debate prompted at least one member of the audience to question whether the city councilwoman was getting coached on answers via her mobile from staff in the audience.
