When Bob James hits the stage at the Tarrytown Music Hall Friday with his group Fourplay, it'll be a homecoming. Seven years ago, he and his family moved to Michigan, but for four decades before that, the composer of the theme from the hit '70s show "Taxi" ("Angela") lived in Westchester — in Irvington and then Dobbs Ferry.
