Treasure hunting enthusiast Randy Bilyeu, of Colorado (right), has been missing for three weeks in the frigid cold in remote New Mexico after he set out on the Rio Grande River on a raft in search of the famed $2 million dollars in gold and jewels hidden by antiquities dealer Forrest Fenn (left).
