Oluyemisi Adebayo, 54, (bottom left) was caring for Naomi Mondesire (pictured with mom Cynthia), who was born prematurely and needed a tracheotomy tube to breathe, at the child's home in Rosedale. Adebayo submerged little Naomi in water so hot that it burned pieces of skin off the child, according to authorities.
