Protesters denounce Commissioner Kelly on his last day as top cop Jan 1st 2014, 11:01, by Thomas Tracy Civil rights activists and spoken-word artists descended on 1 Police Plaza Tuesday to bid NYPD Commissioner Raymond Kelly a not-so-fond farewell during his last day as the city's top cop.
