Cops arrest man suspected of stabbing visitor at home Jan 28th 2014, 17:20, by THOMAS TRACY Cops have busted a man they believe stabbed a 29-year-old visitor to death in his Bronx apartment Sunday. Pedro Torres, 32, allegedly stabbed Leobardo Garcia in the chest during a heated argument in front of a third person in a flat in a Grant Ave. building in Concourse just before 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.
